Empowerment Program

The Empowerment Program is a social enterprise who’s main aim is to improve Health & Well-being within local communities. Our group sessions are fun and based around motivation not competition and combine the key principles to functional movement that gets the body moving and brains working. They are free from all the mental stress normally associated with exercise and we understand the mental challenges clients face before they even begin training and the thought of stepping into a gym often leaves them feeling self conscious and deflated.

We help our clients to feel comfortable with exercise first and foremost so they naturally adjust to wanting to do more and really enjoying training.

In our workshops participants will:

  • Overcome your physical and mental barriers related to exercise
  • Identify and achieve your nutritional & fitness goals
  • Receive coaching support to help you make the dietary & lifestyle changes you want
  • Enjoy exercise and make it part of your daily routine
  • Remove old limiting beliefs and replace them with positive ones
  • Increase your confidence & self esteem
